as Si Miao San is used to regulate blood flow in the lower extremities,
metabolize fluids and support normal joint function.
Si Miao San translates as Four Marvel Powder is a relatively modern formula
created a little over a century ago. It is a modification of a classic 15th
century formula, Er Miao San (Two Marvel Powder), with two herbs added. The
name of Er Miao San comes from the formula’s ability to accomplish marvelous
results with only two ingredients. Si Miao San, consisting of four ingredients,
retained the name of its predecessor. Si Miao San was created to attain a
stronger effect in treating weakness or atrophy of the lower extremities.

Ingredients: Phellodendron stem bark (huang bo), job's Tears seed (yi yi ren),
Cang-zhu atractylodes rhizome (cang zhu), Achyranthes root (niu xi).
Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
