unprocessed root tuber (Sheng di), Chinese peony root without bark (Bai shao),
Poria sclerotium (Fu ling), Sichuan lovage rhizome (Chuan xiong), Cassia bark
(Rou gui), Chinese licorice root & rhizome (Gan cao).
Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
