root (zhi mu), Coptis root (huang lian), Bupleurum root (chai hu), Scabrous
gentiana root (long dan), Ginger root (sheng jiang), Chinese licorice root (gan
cao), Forsythia fruit (lian qiao), Platycodon root (jie geng), Trichosanthe
root (Tian hua fen), Zedoaria root (e shu), Scirpus stem (san leng), Cimicifuga
root (sheng ma), Sargassum (hai zao), Laminaria leaf (hai dai).
Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
