tsangshu root (cang zhu), Alisma root (ze xie), Cimicifuga root (sheng ma),
Kudzu root (ge gen), Shen-chu (shen qu), Citrus peel (chen pi), Chinese
licorice root (gan cao), Blue Citrus peel (qing pi).
Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
