Achyranthes & Plantago Formula by Sun Ten also known as
Niu Che Shen Qi Wan is used for people with water retention and absentmindedness
It is used for conformations which are similar to, but with more severe water
retention than, the conformation of Rehmannia Eight Formula with marked edema
and characteristic weakness of spleen and kidneys, swollen and distended
abdomen,excessive phlegm, watery and yellowish stools, and thirst.

Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
