SAM-E Plus by Karuna (S-adenosyl-L-methionine) is a methylation and transulfuration cofactor that is naturally produced in the body and seeks to support liver health, joint health, and promotes a healthy mood.

SAM-e is a source of methyl groups in the brain, so it may support healthy mood regulation, and it supports cartilage production for optimal joint health. It is also a precursor of glutathione, an antioxidant that seeks to protect from free radical damage in the liver.

Each tablet is enterically coated, which prevents demethylation when in the stomach. This supplement also contains forms of vitamin B including B-3, B-6, B-12, and folic acid for added support.

B3 (niacinamide) 30 mg
B6 (pyridoxine HCI) 2 mg
Folic Acid 400 mcg
B12 (cyanocobalamin) 20 mcg
SAM-e (tosylate disulfate) 400 mg
Choline (bitartrate) 50 mg

Other Ingredients: Calcium sulfate, stearic acid, silica, vegetable coating.

This product does not contain yeast, wheat, soy, corn, milk, salt, sugar, artificial coloring, preservatives or flavoring.

Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 2 to 4 capsules daily, preferably morning and evening or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
