Bone-Up by Jarrow Formulas is a comprehensive micronutrient formula that provides StimuCal MicroCrystalline HydroxyApatite and micronutrients to support bone health.

StimuCal is a natural source of calcium shown to support bone mineral density better than calcium carbonate.

StimuCal also provides bone proteins, including type I collagen.

Vitamins D3 and K2 (as natural MK-7) work together to support calcium deposition into bones.

Bone-Up Ingredients in 6 capsules:
Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) 200 mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (1,000 IU) 25 mcg
Vitamin K2 (as Natural MK-7 [menaquinone-7]) 45 mcg
Calcium (elemental) (from StimuCal™ Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite) 1000 mg
Magnesium (as magnesium oxide) 500 mg
Zinc (L-OptiZinc®) (as zinc L-methionine sulfate) 10 mg
Copper (as copper gluconate) 1 mg
Manganese (as manganese citrate) 1 mg
Potassium (as potassium citrate) 99 mg

Mineral amounts are elemental.

Suggested Use:
Adults take 2 capsules 3 times daily with water (for a total of 6) with meals to facilitate maximum absorption, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
