Ingredients: Arnica montana 1X 8% in a witch hazel base.

Suggested Use:
For adults and children 2 years and older: Apply thin layer to affected area not more than 4 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Massage gently or use compress. For best results use promptly after injury or trauma occurs.
Children under 2: Use only on advice and under supervision of your healthcare practitioner.
