DIM by Bio-Tech Pharmacal is a formula from Dr. Denise Rose Mark. It gets its name from the ingredient diindolylmethane (DIM), which is a phytonutrient found in certain cruciferous vegetables.

It is believed to work in the body to promote estrogen balance through a favorable ratio of 2-hydroxy and 16-hydroxy estrogens. DIM helps to support healthy cell function, especially related to breast, cervix, prostate and uterus tissue, as well as mood and body composition.
